Minneapolis Condo Gets New Entry

Before...

After working with MA Peterson on their kitchen and foyer projects, the homeowners were ready to take on their next project: the laundry and mudroom.

Our south Minneapolis homeowners who had expanded and remodeled their Park Avenue condo in the legendary co-op near the American Swedish Institute, were ready to add the amenities of the 20th century to this Art Deco charmed 1930’s.

Italian Fioranese tile decorate the wall at eye level, giving the perfect amount of black and white to break the white-enameled cabinetry. Reto-inspired schoolhouse pendants light up the narrow, yet bright space, giving a wondrous shine to the porcelain floors. Adorning the cabinets are the perfect satin black and nickel hardware, balancing the vintage and modern vibe.
